Body confidence comes in all sizes! Cultural ideals drive body dissatisfaction for the majority. "Lose weight, tone up, fix this, tighten that" - the expectations are endless.
Contrary to popular thought, improving body image does not mean changing your body. We will talk through strategies that improve body image, moving through tolerance, to acceptance, compassion, and gratitude.

Of course you feel confused on how to eat well. There’s a new diet every week and no food is off-limits. Instead of learning another “good/bad” food list, explore Intuitive Eating, a philosophy built on body trust. Health at Every Size (HAES) Class
Health at Every Size is an innovative approach to whole-person health. Although weight loss is purported as the means to good health, good health can be best realized independent from considerations of size. This approach supports people of all sizes in addressing health directly by adopting healthy behaviors.
